My foam pillow is manufactured in the U.S.A. by WI Molding LLC in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The materials to make the foam pillows are acquired from Foam Supplies Inc. in Earth City, Missouri. The Ecoflex(R) foam technology of Foam Supplies Inc. makes my pillow one of the most environmentally friendly foam pillows on the market.
This Ecoflex® technology has zero GWP, global warming potential, zero ODP, ozone depletion potential, and zero VOCs, volatile organic compounds. Ecoflex® has also been certified SNAP compliant by the U.S. EPA, an acceptable alternative to a wide range of environmentally damaging blowing agents under the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy, also known as SNAP.

My History
I was a back sleeper for years, but in 2014, I had to switch to side sleeping due to snoring and sleep apnea issues. The first thing I noticed was how uncomfortable it was for my knees — my knee bones would touch and start to ache after just a few minutes. I tried nearly every knee pillow on the market, including the U-shaped and heart-shaped styles. Unfortunately, they were all too firm, had flat surfaces, and caused more pain in my legs. None of them supported multiple leg positions well, either.
That’s when I decided to design the best knee pillow for my own comfort. I started by sketching different leg positions on a circle, which ended up resembling a peace sign — and that’s how the Kneez Peace® was born.
My first prototype was made from three foam layers glued together with cutouts on the outer layers. I then taught myself how to make a two-piece mold out of silicone rubber by watching a YouTube video. In 2019, I started making my first pillows in my basement using foam supplies I purchased.
My unique peace sign leg channel design was awarded a United States Utility Patent on November 15, 2022, making it truly one of a kind — it cannot be duplicated or sold by anyone else in the U.S. I also hold a U.S. Registered Trademark for the Kneez Peace® logo.
